Sentinel lymph node tracing of Cervical Cancer, Endometrial Cancer and Vulvar Cancer

        

The 2018 NCCN Guidelines indicates prospective or retrospective studies have shown that compared with radical lymphadenectomy, that sentinel lymph node identification and pathologic ultra-staging may increase the detection rate of lymph node metastasis with a lower false-negative rate in patients whose lesions are significantly confined to the uterus. Indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence provides a high detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes and has been routinely applied。
